I'm sorry to have to write that the UK service facility is closed and
all repairs will have to be sent to the office in central London who will send
them to Germany. This also means that spare parts will be subject to delay.

Minolta and Konica
They stopped making cameras and binoculars back in April 2006 so there
is no UK service facility for these products.
Any Minolta binocular that only needs re-aligning or servicing can be sent
to Action Optics but if spare parts are required, unless they are common
with a different make, I will not be able to complete a repair.
